Turkey's Gama Energy to receive 44 million-euro loan
One of Turkey's leading energy companies, GAMA Energy Inc., will receive 44 million euros of financial support from TSKB, Turkey’s private investment and development bank.
GAMA Energy, or GEAŞ, will use the loan to construct two wind power plants, a statement said Wednesday. The agreement on the loan will be signed at a ceremony to be attended by top officials from TSKB and GAMA on Thursday, according to the statement.

Flying Broom film festival takes off for women's issues in Ankara
Turkey’s only women’s film event, the Flying Broom International Women’s Film Festival, will be held between May 6 and 13 in Ankara.
The festival, an annual event in the nation’s capital focusing on women’s problems, will feature 100 films by 95 women filmmakers from 28 countries.

Turkish military suspects removed from regiments
The General Gendarmerie Directorate has quietly changed the posts of regiment commanders for 40 provinces a month ahead of schedule.
Some commanders were transferred to other provinces while others were recalled to the general directorate’s headquarters, the daily Taraf reported Monday, citing Habertürk.
